Mass Collaboration in Business for 2008

I have been reading many articles on mass collaboration in business. I am the chairman of the DGA group which basically provides cost and scheduling advice for construction projects in the UK and Middle East. I am very interested to develop mass collaboration ideas and to implement them in the business to see what effect they have on our people and our clients and eventually on growth and profitability. I am looking to form a group of like minded individuals to discuss ideas, implement them and monitor their effect. If anyone is interested in joining this group please reply to this blog.
